Dear Senator Darling, Representative Ott and Senator Bernier,

I am very disappointed in how the elections were run this year. To begin, what amount of fraudulent ballots are acceptable by the Wisconsin Elections Commission?

After thinking about this, I believe having elections in person is the only valid means of voting and of course, approved absentee voting through the proper channels. When early voting began a few years ago, I was skeptical of potential fraud. I was especially disappointed this year with the ballot harvesting done in Milwaukee and Dane counties - voting in the park, what the heck is going on with you people? And to put crap frosting on the cake, you took no responsibility in verifying people requesting the "indefinitely confined voter" clause or voters who did not live in our state or were dead.

I know since my wife, two sons and myself, received ballots in the mail, including my son who lives in Colorado, now for 3 years. What a joke and embarrassment for our state and voting rights of many Wisconsinites!

What will be done in the next voting session(s) to "pull the reins in"?

I believe there should be an electoral system of some kind in Wisconsin, similar to Maine or South Dakota. I attached a spreadsheet with some data including a weighting system to make voting fair. I don't believe Milwaukee and Dane counties represent the entire state. In fact, out of our 72 counties, 58 voted toward Donald Trump and 14 toward Joseph Biden. There is something wrong when 14 out of 72 counties elect for the entire state (especially the city of Milwaukee and Madison!)!

I have been in Wisconsin all my life, since October 1961, and have been very proud to live here, I hope my grandchildren will be as proud too!

Best regards and hope to hear something back,

Bill

The Honorable Governor Evers

Office of the Governor

Room 115 East, State Capitol

Madison, WI 53702

Dear Governor Evers:

There is one thing that is crystal clear from the 2020 election: that exploitation of our election

laws in Wisconsin have fomented distrust and concern among the electorate.

As you know, on December 11th, 2020 the Senate Committee on Elections, Ethics and Rural

Issues and Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections held a joint public hearing on the

2020 general election. It was critical that the legislature take an opportunity to illuminate the

significant flaws that occurred.

Invited speakers brought forward numerous examples of alleged unethical and illegal behaviors;

some related directly to manipulating our most vulnerable population—elderly voters.

Additional testimony described deeply concerning accounts of abuse of our process, including

testimony from a WEC commissioner detailing a list of serious issues. These are not far-fetched,

third hand accounts, but rather first hand witnesses providing credible evidence that has not yet

been fully investigated. As the governor, you represent every citizen regardless of their party.

We’re sure you agree it is a priority to rebuild trust in the process for the countless number of

voters across the state who feel their vote did not count.

After the hearing, Senator Kathy Bernier sent an email that expressed concern about the

“personal failings from the people that we entrust with our sacred duties of election

administration.” In her recent dissent, Chief Justice Patience Roggensack warns of “numerous

problems that will be repeated again and again.” She goes on to recognize that the WEC may

have advised violations of election laws and affirms that “WEC must follow the law.” We affirm

the Chief Justice in her dissent stating that “ballots that were collected in Madison parks did not

comply with the statutes.” She continues, noting that “drop boxes do not meet the legislature’s

mandatory directive.”

It is clear, election laws must be a priority in the next session. It is incumbent upon the legislative

and executive branch to work together to ensure future elections are safeguarded from perversion

ol our election laws. Failure to do this will continue to erode the trust in our electoral process.

Voters need to feel confident in the integrity of the process, and we must deliver. Based on the

mountain of feedback we have all received, we believe the legislature ought to resolve the

following questions;

• Who is responsible for auditing the quality of ballots after the election?

• What are the appropriate venues and methods for ballots to be returned?

• Were ballot harvesting events, such as Democracy in the Park, appropriate venues for

safe and secure ballot collection?

• Were voters who have moved or died allowed to remain on the voter rolls contrary to

state law?

• How can we clarify statute to ensure adequate access for poll watchers?

• How can “indefinitely confined” voters be protected from exploitation?

• How can we protect citizens residing in care facilities from being taken advantage of?

• Is it appropriate for private special interest money to be inequitably distributed to certain

communities?

• Should clerks be curing incomplete or mismarked ballots and witness statements?

• Why was the WEC providing guidance that contradicts state statute?

• Who enforces Wisconsin election laws and what are the consequences for breaking these

laws?

Unfortunately, these are only the most obvious questions while many more remain. We owe it to

the increasingly large percentage of Wisconsin voters who have lost faith in our elections to

affirm the integrity and security of their vote. These issues are bigger than any one election, and

we hope we can count on you to represent the countless Wisconsin voters who question the

process. We hope you support common sense reforms that will ensure every election moving

forward is secure, fair, and transparent.

to me

Bill,

Thank you for reaching out to Senator Darling’s office. I will pass along your message to the Senator.

Senator Darling believes that every legally cast vote must be accurately counted and that any discrepancies that arise must be fully accounted for. The elections process must be held to the highest degree of integrity and transparency, and any unlawful activity must be prosecuted and punished to the full extent of the law. Senator Darling believes that voter rolls must be (and should have been) cleaned and kept up-to-date, that all existing laws to combat fraud should be enforced, and that free and fair elections are paramount to our democracy. I have attached a letter signed by Senate Republicans may serve as a useful summary of what must be prioritized.

As you may be aware, the committees that handle elections-related issues in both the Assembly and Senate have launched a comprehensive investigation into the election in order to thoroughly examine any inconsistencies, fraud, or illegal activity. Senator Darling sits on that particular Senate committee and asked pointed questions to members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, election observers, and local officials during the first hearing last week. A recording of the hearing is available at www.wiseye.org and I am more than willing to find answers to any questions you have about the investigation as more comes to light.

If you are personally aware of any instances of voter fraud or suspicious activity, I would encourage you to reach out to the hotline that the Legislature has set up and report it in detail, which I have listed below. You may also be interested in contacting U.S. Senator Ron Johnson at the federal level, who has set up the other email address below to report instances of fraudulent activity. If you would like, I am more than willing to pass along concerns on your behalf to either of the offices I mentioned.

Report instances to the Wisconsin Legislature Assembly and Senate Elections Committees:

Report instances on the federal level to U.S. Senator Ron Johnson:

Senator Darling remains committed to addressing and improving the integrity of our electoral process. If you have any specific reforms or legislation that you would like to see enacted, please let me know and I will pass along your support.

Best regards,

Noah

Think about this...

During Joe Biden’s campaigning and inauguration, as President of the United States, the Democratic party is calling for Unity.

Let’s remember how the Democratic party dealt with Donald Trump’s inauguration and actions during his Presidential administration.

Boycotting Donald Trump’s inauguration and promoted peaceful protests (riots ensued) across the USA.

Promoted the fake dossier, where our countries greatest law enforcement agency used it to spy on Donald Trump and his administration and produce a case to remove him from office.

Nancy Pelosi tears up Donald Trump’s State of the Union address.

The Democratic party used President Trump’s phone call with the Ukranian president as a reason to impeach. When in fact, it was Joe Biden and his son, Hunter’s actions which are treasonous.

The Democratic party continues to blame Donald Trump over the spread of the pandemic and in-actions.

In 2020 the Democratic party encouraged multiple peaceful protests to resist President Trump’s direction (which again, ensued in riots) across the USA.

The Democratic party bought the Presidential election through ballot harvesting and using the pandemic to panic people and harvest Biden votes.

The Democratic party pursued another impeachment over his comment to peacefully protest at the Capitol the day of electoral vote counting.

The Democratic party and mainstream media are pursuing negative actions against the country to those whom promote and believe in, the views of Donald Trump and views of Conservatives.

What the hell is wrong with this country?
